Subscription required, no free trial: €7.99 per month or €69.99 per year, billed in one payment at the reference rate in euros. Automatic renewal for the chosen duration; cancellation from Apple/Google subscriptions for upcoming deadlines. All languages of the application are included. Local prices, taxes, and store conditions are displayed before confirmation. No purchase is currently offered on the website.

Guarantees, Withdrawal, and Refund

Your legal guarantees, including compliance of digital content and services when applicable, are preserved. For any difficulty, contact contact@orionwebdesign.fr; the mandatory remedies of your country of residence remain applicable.

For relevant distance sales, the legal withdrawal period is generally 14 days. Its terms and any exception for the immediate provision of digital content depend on legal conditions and the contract concluded in your store. The application does not deduct any waiver from merely opening the game. The consents and confirmations required for an exception must be collected by the seller. Cancellation of renewal and request for refund are distinct processes.

To exercise the rights applicable to your purchase, use Apple's refund service, Google Play refund help, or contact us for guidance. A request can also be sent in writing to the publisher: name, contact method, order date, purchase reference, and explicit declaration of withdrawal. Never send your password, a complete credit card number, or your journal.

Complaint and Mediation

First address your written complaint to Emile Espilondo — Orion Web Design, 124 Grand’Rue, 68390 Sausheim, France, or to contact@orionwebdesign.fr. You retain the possibility to file with the competent jurisdictions and report an issue via SignalConso.

If the dispute is not resolved after a written complaint, you can freely refer to our consumer mediator: CM2C — Center for Consumer Mediation of Justice Conciliators, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France; www.cm2c.net; declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net. The referral must be made within one year from the prior written complaint, subject to admissibility conditions. Mediation is conducted in French.
