Purpose and Operation
Signes & Intuitions is a meditative card game adapted from the work of Fabrice Erard. The original instructions are accessible in the game. The process retains one personal card, then four cards chosen one by one and their reading, before interpreting the complete draw. In this standalone application, you can restart at any time, without waiting for the next day. Each draw has its own question, cards, reading, and notes, accessible in “My Draws”. The complementary themes and NAYA are functions of the adaptation.
Subscriptions and Access
Access to the game requires a monthly subscription of €7.99 per month or an annual subscription of €69.99 per year, billed in one payment for the reference rates in euros. No free access or free trial is offered. The six languages are included in the same plan. The local price, currency, and applicable taxes are presented by your store before purchase confirmation and are binding for the order.
Purchases are made in the application via Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. The paid contract begins after purchase confirmation; merely opening or activating NAYA does not trigger a payment. The subscription automatically renews for the same duration at the displayed rate, unless canceled under the conditions and deadlines indicated by the store. The order must be confirmed in the store's payment interface.
Services and Termination
The subscription includes the 32 cards, unlimited free draws of one draw per day, translations, animations, music, and the optional NAYA interpretation function. Online services require internet and your consent; they may experience technical limitations or unavailability, without prejudice to your legal guarantees. No promise of unlimited analyses is made. The cards and instructions are included in the applications; a connection is necessary to verify the subscription and access online services.
Use “Manage My Subscription” or the Apple/Google subscription settings to stop renewal. Access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to a refund or cancellation. Uninstalling the application, deleting data, or withdrawing consent from the AI does not terminate the subscription. “Restore My Purchases” allows you to retrieve an active subscription on a device using the same store account. Apple and Google purchases are distinct: no transfer between stores is promised.
Personal Use and Interpretation
Use the game in a personal setting and respect the rights to the texts and illustrations. NAYA’s interpretation is generated by artificial intelligence. Its texts may contain errors; they are offered as points of reflection, without certain prediction or diagnosis. They do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You retain the freedom of your interpretation and decisions.
Access and Security
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, divert quotas, or extract secrets from the service. The journal is private to the installation and is not moderated remotely; its deletion may make it impossible to recover your collection. Export your data if you wish to keep a copy. Technical limitations cannot deprive you of your legal rights.
Updates and Responsibility
Corrections and updates necessary for security or operation are provided according to applicable obligations. Significant changes are explained with a new version date. A new optional processing requires appropriate information and choice. No clause excludes liability that cannot be legally excluded nor the legal guarantees you benefit from.
